And as you also know about me, I’m all about varying any recipe to suit your own tastes. This recipe is no different. If you want it less sweet, use less dates. If you like more nutmeg, add more nutmeg! If you hate nutmeg, leave it out. Any recipe is just a starting point.
If you like rum in your eggnog, try adding a little rum extract for flavor, and do yourself a favor and leave out the alcohol.
