1/2 cup nutritional yeast, large flakes or 1/4 cup small flake (powder)
1/2 cup raw almonds
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
Process all ingredients in a blender or food processor, being careful not to over-process as you don’t want the almonds to become almond butter.
Store in a covered container in the refrigerator.
It will keep for many weeks, but it won’t last that long as you’ll love it on salads, cooked veggies, pasta, and soups.
